I  haven’t put up everything here, but here’s the nutshell version...

Divide a 50 x 50 iLego into 50, 10 x 5 plots.  Each plot can support the internment of two people and will sell for $50,0000.  Money raised will be used to buy solar panels.  I may also offer pet internment.
