Just about everyone knows the world’s land fills are filling up quickly.  New York has sent trash to the Philippines.  Hawaii wants to ship there’s to Oregon.  Let’s fight the madness another way.

A typical suburban street could save enough plastic to fill one of the iLegos I will make the bridges out of over one week’s time.

In order to employ “super recyclers”, I have come up with what I think is a fair proposal.  Each nation, that wishes to participate, must give the 7starsfounfdation one Billion US Dollars for every 10,000,000 people in their country.  The US fee would be roughly $30,000,000,000 for the Atlantic portion.

Each of these bridge pieces will have a section of new rail, MyklRail, where the rails themselves are 10 feet apart (or more)

Naming rights for the Trans-Atlantic portion $30,000,000,000 and you can call it what you want.
